Sottana Glamping Dome

Welcome to our geodesic Glamping dome!
Nestled in the wild beauty of our farm and surrounded by the sacred Madonie mountains, our geometric glamping dome offers an immersive and peaceful experience in nature. Thanks to the large panoramic window, you'll wake to the golden sunlight filtering through the trees and fall asleep under a starry sky. Carefully designed for comfort and simplicity, the dome blends rustic charm with a touch of modern magic, perfect for quiet mornings, mountain hikes, and reconnecting with the rhythms of the earth.

Inside the dome:
Inside our domes, you'll find rustic yet modern furnishings, welcoming yet simple. Inside, there is queen sized bed complete with fresh linens and pillows, a seating area with two chairs and a coffee table and a sofa. Inside the dome you can open the curtains to let in the sunlight, moonlight and stars, or close them completely for privacy. There are shelves for storing luggage and shoes, and a small area with hangers for hanging your jackets and other clothing. Additionally, our domes are air-conditioned for your comfort during the summer months.

Bathroom:
Inside this dome, you’ll find a private bathroom thoughtfully designed to accommodate all guests. Most importantly, it features a fully accessible toilet and shower, specifically designed to provide comfort and ease of use for guests with disabilities. Whether you require extra space or accessibility features, this bathroom ensures a safe and convenient experience. Soft towels and toilet paper are also provided for your comfort. Kitchen & Food Options:
At Giardino Museo a Gisa we offer delicious breakfast, dinner and aperitif services for an extra price per person, where you can enjoy our local food and not worry about cooking. Or you have the option to dine in a restaurant nearby in Petralia Sottana or Petralia Soprana.

Relaxation Area:
Outside the dome, you'll find a beautifully curated "Chilling Zone" where you can relax and unwind. This area offers a swing suspended from a tree, a shaded area for a majority of the day, a table to enjoy your breakfast or dinner outside, and two lounge chairs to take the sun. This zone is peacefully surrounded by brightly colored plants and flowers, offers a perfect view of the surrounding mountains and a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, on the wooden terrace surrounding the dome, you'll find a small table and chairs. For details, see the labeled photos below.

Surrounding Area:
The surrounding area offers splendid views of the mountains and the gardens of the Giardino Museo, waiting to be explored by you. We have an olive grove and even an heirloom fruit orchard growing on our land. In the summer, we cultivate our own vegetable garden, which provides the ingredients for our cooking classes. This is a small, family-run farm, and we invite you to share our lifestyle!
